The apartments are built with a modern technique, on a steel load-bearing structure, in our own factory in Croatia to EU standards. These are full, high-quality apartments, and this way of building lowers the cost and speeds up move-in. Each unit is delivered as a finished whole with facade, interior works, windows, doors, sanitary fittings and prepared installations. Final connections are done on site.

What goes into every module
Steel load-bearing structure
Made of hollow profiles, designed for wind, snow, earthquake and transport.
Steel connectors
CNC-made connectors for rigid joints between modules.
Fire protection
REI 90 / F90, with defined fire compartments between modules.
FERMACELL wall system
Certified seals for all penetrations and joints.
Insulation and envelope
Thermal and acoustic insulation and an airtight, energy-efficient building envelope.
